KIDPRENEURDays Co.

For market, fair and festival organizers

A kids business fair inside your market

We fill a row of your market with kids age 6 to 14 running their own booths, and we bring a local sponsor to pay for the trophies and cash prizes. You give us the space and run the day the way you already do. Families come to shop, and they stay.

How it works

You already have the crowd, the space and the staff. We do the part that takes six weeks of emailing and nobody on your team has time for.

What we do

  • Recruit the kids. We email every school, church, homeschool group, scout troop and youth league within about 20 miles of your market, plus the parent Facebook groups. Signups and payments run through our page.
  • Sell the sponsors. We email every local business within about 15 miles with three sponsor tiers. We stay away from the sponsors you already have.
  • Handle the paperwork. Parent waivers, a vendor packet that quotes your rules word for word, reminders to families, sponsor invoices.
  • Bring the kit. Section signage, sponsor signs, trophies and cash prizes, a certificate for every kid, a judging app and score sheets, and a run sheet for your staff.

What you do

  • Give the section 15 to 30 spaces at your standard footprint, grouped together, with a spot on your map and event page.
  • Post it twice on your Facebook and Instagram, once when signups open and once the week of.
  • Run the day like any other market day: placement, load-in, your vendor and food rules, your insurance.
  • Judge the booths and hand out the awards. Sponsors judge alongside your staff. It takes about ten minutes at a time you pick.

The money

Kids pay $25 for a space. Booth fees pay for the awards first, and whatever is left splits 50/50. Sponsor money we bring in is 70% yours. We collect everything and pay you within seven days of the market with a one-page statement.

Questions organizers ask

We already run a kids day.
Then you know the work. We do that work, and we bring in sponsor money you are not collecting today.
What does our insurance say about kid vendors?
Kids sell under a waiver signed by a parent, the same way kids markets run in hundreds of cities. The section sits under your event policy like any other vendor row. Ask your carrier and get it in writing before we start.
We have our own sponsors.
Good. Send us the list and we do not contact them. Our sponsorships are not exclusive by category. If a sponsor wants exclusivity in your area, that is priced separately.
What if not enough kids sign up?
If fewer than 15 kids have paid two weeks out, either of us can cancel. We refund the families and nobody owes anyone anything.
What do we actually have to do on the day?
Place the booths, judge them, and hand out the awards at a set time. That is the whole list.
Who are you?
Collin and Janelle. We publish The Lancaster Ledger, a local newsletter in Lancaster, PA, and we ran Lancaster Kidpreneur Day in October 2026. Kidpreneur Days Co. is how we bring it to other towns.
